See Your Home Value & Selling Options
Start by getting a clearer picture of your home’s value and the selling options that may be available to you.
Depending on your home, timeline, and goals, you may want to consider a traditional listing, a simpler as-is cash offer, or an option that helps prepare your home for market without upfront out-of-pocket costs.
Cash Offer
Best if you want speed, simplicity, and certainty.
Sell as-is with no staging, showings, repair prep, or drawn-out timeline. Closing may be possible in as little as two weeks.
Cash Now, More Later
Best if your home has more potential, but you do not want to handle repairs, updates, cleaning, landscaping, or contractors.
You receive most of the cash value upfront. The investor prepares the home. I list it for resale. When it sells, you receive the remaining amount — and possible upside after costs and agreed terms.
Not Sure Which Path Is Best?
I’ll help you compare the numbers, timelines, and tradeoffs before you decide.
Meet Frankie
A Local Story, Still Unfolding
I grew up on a working cattle ranch near the Dragoon foothills where my great-great-grandfather homesteaded in the 1870s. Those early years taught me something important: the places we live shape us, and choosing a home is always a deeply personal decision.
Today, I live in Bisbee, where I’m restoring a historic 1910 Douglas-block house—I realize the value of place every day.
Roots Across the Sky Islands
My roots extend into Sierra Vista too. My mother grew up on Fort Huachuca, and that family connection keeps me grounded in the people who make this corner of Arizona resilient, caring, and community-driven.
I’ve also lived, worked, and owned property across the state—from Phoenix and Scottsdale to a decade in Prescott, where I still own and operate Mile High Cottage, a Top 1% Airbnb. Managing that home continues to give me practical insight into investment properties, vacation rentals, and how homes support different seasons of life.
A Background Built on Listening, Strategy & Clarity
Before real estate, I spent nearly twenty years in corporate communications and program/project management, including roles in Executive Engagements coordinating and supporting high-level relationships between my client and their largest global business partners.
That work taught me how to listen closely, anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and create calm when decisions feel complex—skills that translate directly into guiding buyers and sellers.
I’ve also been investing in real estate for more than 25 years, giving me a long-view understanding of market cycles and how to support clients through changing conditions with clarity and confidence.
The Heart of My Approach
People don’t just want an agent. They want someone steady—someone who listens, respects the weight of big decisions, and helps them make choices that feel right for their life, not anyone else’s. That’s how I approach this work: no pressure, no hype—just thoughtful guidance, local insight, and steady support from our first conversation to the moment you turn the key.
